Product Pricing: Prices are based on the amounts displayed on each product page (tax included).
Additional Fees: Shipping fees: Domestic shipping via Yamato Transport is a flat rate of ¥990. International shipping via EMS is a flat rate of ¥6,600 (currently available only for shipments to the United States).
For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees may be charged by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Payment Methods and Timing: Credit card payments, Shopify Payments, Apple Pay, and Google Pay are available. Payment is confirmed at the time of order.
Delivery Method: Orders are shipped via our designated delivery carriers.

Returns, Defective Items, and Cancellations:
Returns, exchanges, and cancellations due to customer preference are not accepted. If an item is defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide an exchange for a non-defective item or issue a refund.

Return & Exchange Policy:
Upon receiving your order, please check for any defects and confirm that the delivered items match your order.
Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the item is unused and contact is made within 7 days, and only in the following cases:
Return shipping costs will be covered by us only in cases of defects or incorrect delivery. All other returns are not accepted.

  • Items with initial defects
  • Damage that occurred during shipping (excluding damage to packaging materials for item protection)
  • Incorrect items shipped due to our error

【Cases NOT Eligible for Return/Exchange】

  • Items that have been used, even once
  • Items reported after more than 8 days from delivery
  • Items damaged or soiled due to customer handling
  • Items altered, customized, repaired, or cleaned by the customer
  • Returns or exchanges due to customer preferences (size, color, etc.)
  • Items with damaged, missing, or discarded packaging, tags, accessories, or manuals


Differences Between Images and Actual Products:
Colors and textures shown in product images may differ from the actual product due to lighting conditions or monitor settings. Such differences are not considered defects. For detailed information about product color or materials, feel free to contact us at info@pressure.co.jp.

Return Deadline: Please contact us within 7 days of product delivery.
Refund Policy: Refunds are issued only for defective or incorrectly delivered items and will be processed within 5 business days following confirmation of the returned item. Refunds are made using the same payment method used at checkout.
