Terms of service

Article 1 (General Provisions)
These Terms of Service define the conditions for using the online store operated by blue summer Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “the Shop”). By using this service (hereinafter referred to as “the Service”), users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 2 (Amendments to the Terms)
The Shop may modify these Terms as necessary. Any changes will take effect when the revised Terms are posted on this website.

Article 3 (Purchasing Products)
A purchase agreement is established when the user completes the order process on the Service. Orders may be canceled due to circumstances such as out-of-stock items or unforeseen issues. In such cases, we will notify the customer promptly.

Article 4 (Payment Methods)
Payment methods available on the Service include credit card payments, Shopify Payments, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, as displayed on the website. Payment is confirmed at the time the order is placed.

Article 5 (Delivery of Products)
Orders are shipped after order confirmation. Shipments are carried out by delivery companies designated by the Shop. Delivery may be delayed due to weather, traffic conditions, or other unavoidable circumstances.

Article 6 (Purchase Quantity Limits and Order Cancellation)
Certain limited-edition or special products may be subject to purchase quantity limits. Any such restrictions will be clearly indicated on the relevant product page.
Orders that fall under any of the following conditions may be canceled at the discretion of the Shop:

  • Multiple orders placed by the same individual using different accounts (including orders using identical or similar names, addresses, or phone numbers without actual usage)
  • Orders deemed to be placed using automated purchasing programs (BOTs)
The Shop bears no responsibility for any damages, losses, or disadvantages arising from such cancellations.

Article 7 (Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations)
Returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to customer preference are not accepted. If a product is defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will offer an exchange for a non-defective item or issue a refund.

Return & Exchange Details
Upon receiving the product, please check for defects and confirm that the order contents are correct. Returns and exchanges are accepted only if the item is unused and contact is made within 7 days of delivery, and only in the following cases:
Return shipping fees will be covered by the Shop only for defective items or incorrect shipments. All other returns are not accepted.

【Cases Eligible for Return/Exchange】
  • Initial defects
  • Damage incurred during shipping (excluding cosmetic damage to protective packaging)
  • Incorrect items sent due to our error
If any of the above applies, we will provide an exchange or refund. To request a return or exchange, please contact us at info@pressure.co.jp.

【Cases NOT Eligible for Return/Exchange】
  • Items that have been used even once
  • Items reported more than 8 days after delivery
  • Items damaged or soiled due to customer handling
  • Items altered, customized, repaired, or cleaned by the customer
  • Returns or exchanges due to customer preferences (size, color, etc.)
  • Items with damaged, missing, or discarded packaging, tags, accessories, or manuals

Differences Between Images and Actual Products
Product colors and textures shown in images may differ from the actual product due to lighting conditions or monitor settings. Such differences are not considered defects. For detailed information regarding product colors or materials, feel free to contact us at info@pressure.co.jp.

Article 8 (Prohibited Acts)
Users must not engage in the following acts:
  • Registering false information or unauthorized access
  • Impersonating third parties
  • Purchasing products for resale or commercial purposes
  • Conduct that causes inconvenience or harm to the Shop or third parties
  • Actions that interfere with the operation of the Service

Article 9 (Intellectual Property Rights)
All images, text, designs, trademarks, and other content published on the Service are owned by the Shop or rightful owners. Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

Article 10 (Disclaimer)
The Shop is not responsible for damages arising from natural disasters, communication failures, system malfunctions, or other unavoidable circumstances. The Shop also bears no responsibility for differences in product colors or appearance.

Article 11 (Handling of Personal Information)
Users’ personal information will be appropriately managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Article 12 (Suspension or Termination of Service)
The Shop may temporarily suspend or terminate all or part of the Service due to system maintenance, natural disasters, or other unavoidable reasons.

Article 13 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with the Service shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court with authority over the location of the Shop.
